    With hiking trails, hands-on habitats, and several gardens to enjoy, nature has never been easier to explore! Wander through the outdoors on your own, take a guided tour, and find something new to discover at Atlanta’s Nature Destination.
  3. Atlanta Beltline
    Whether you love biking, climbing, yoga, or just moving outdoors – Get out and enjoy the exciting, free fitness classes on at Atlanta Beltline! The fun-filled classes are a great way to enjoy community fun and explore Atlanta’s hottest new parks and trails.
  4. Town BrookhavenBC4AC_thrusters
    The free barre3 outdoor class at Town Brookhaven is hosted by barre3 Druid Hills and Big Peach Running. Bring your yoga mat/towel, some water, and a friend!
  5. Wellness Wednesdays at Atlantic Station
    Enjoy free yoga each week at Central Park at 6:30 p.m. Bring your own mat and plan on a complete hour of refreshing stretches designed to help you relax and find some peace in the midst of the hectic work week!

    Salute the sun through a unique mix of dynamic movements and static holds crafted to build strength and endurance, tone your limbs, and tighten your core. The complimentary classes are offered every Friday in July at 7:15 a.m. in The Plaza.

    Dunwoody’s signature park features a large children’s playground, 2-mile Brook Run Trail loop, skate park, dog park, community garden, and event facilities. You won’t want to miss Treetop Quest where the new elevated course and zip-line adventure showcases 52 obstacles and 12 zip-lines in 4 courses.

    Reach your fitness goals and fit your busy schedule at Piedmont Park! Sweat & Splash takes place each Saturday morning at the Piedmont Park Aquatic Center. BC4C also holds classes four days a week at 5:45 a.m.

    If you are an experienced runner or looking to start fresh, you can join a Running Club near you. The rest of the year is filled with plenty of races for all skill levels, so don’t miss out!
  10. Silver Comet Trail
    The quiet, non-motorized, paved trail welcomes walkers, hikers, bicyclists, rollerbladers, horses, dog walkers, and is wheelchair accessible. At 61.5 miles long, there is always something new to explore!
