santaHe’s making a list, and he’s checking it twice – Santa Claus is coming to town! We’ve put together a list where you can be sure to spot him tin 2016 and get a picture with your family and pets.

No matter where you are in the Atlanta area this holiday season, Santa won’t be hard to find. Don’t miss out on seeing The Big Man in Red as he makes all his stops along the way!

1. Lenox Square
Santa Arrives: November 4th
Through December 24th, families can have a memorable keepsake photo taken with Santa at Lenox Square Mall. Be sure the check out more chances to get merry at Lenox!

  • Pet Photo Night
    Sunday | November 13th | 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
    Sit. Stay. Pose. Be sure to bring your four-legged furry family members along for their own special photo with Santa!
  • Caring Santa
    Sunday | December 4th | 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
    The private event is designed for children and young adults with special needs and their families to have an opportunity to have their photos taken with Santa. Lenox Square has made necessary adjustments to the environment to support the sensory, physical, and other developmental needs of children of all abilities for this special event.
  • Pink Pig
    While at Lenox Square Mall, families can enjoy riding the Pink Pig, a multi-generational Christmas tradition held at Macy’s each year! Rides are available through January 3rd, 2016.

2. Phipps Plaza
Santa Arrives: November 1st

Photos with Santa at Phipps are so popular, tickets sell out each year! However, even when appointments have filled up, families can still call for same-day cancellation time slots to get their pictures taken with Santa. The beautiful Christmas decor at Phipps Plaza will make strolling by Santa’s set a special holiday treat!

Santa Arrives: November 19th

Santa arrives at Santa’s Cottage to light the Atlantic Station Christmas Tree and create a magical snowfall, taking pictures with families through December 24th.

The gigantic decorated tree lights up the night just after the Holiday Parade begins at 7:30 p.m., and the family-friendly evening will feature live music and entertainment. Ice skating will also be available at Atlantic Station along with daily snow shows for a festive holiday experience unlike any other!

Santa Arrives: November 26th

Botanical Saint Nick will arrive at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays November 26th – December 3rd, 10th, and 17th. Families are welcome to bring cameras to take their own holiday pictures with Santa, adorned in his special green robe and holiday head wreath.

Be sure to explore the magnificent Garden Lights, Holiday Nights for a truly magical evening and other upcoming holiday events!

Have a four-legged family member? Bring your dog along for the Reindog Parade on Saturday, December 3rd where you can dress your pooch up in his holiday best, snap some pictures with Saint Nick, and enjoy the once-a-year fun for dogs in the Garden!

5. Magical Nights of Lights at Lake Lanier
Santa Arrives: November 16th

Lake Lanier is celebrating 20 years of Magical Nights of Lights! Through December 31st, families can visit with Santa, his elves, and other lovable Christmas characters. While at Lake Lanier, enjoy driving through thousands of sparkling lights, free ice skating, roasting up marshmallows for s’mores, and strolling through shops and restaurants festively embellished with holiday decor!

Santa Arrives: November 12th

Bring your Christmas wishlists along to deliver them in person to Big Man in Red! Santa will be taking pictures with children all through Christmas Eve, so be sure to bring the whole family.This meet-and-greet with Santa has been rated in the Top 10 Places in the Country to Catch Santa Claus by US Today!

Through January 4th, families can also enjoy daily shows, millions of gleaming lights, holiday shopping, and more! Enjoy listening to your favorite Christmas tunes on the Singalong Train, meet your favorite classic Christmas characters, or wander through the glistening Wonderland Walkway before catching the nightly Christmas Parade and firework shows!

7. Perimeter Mall
Santa Arrives: November 12th

Children of all ages are invited to take pictures and visit with Santa through December 24th! Bring your furry friend to see Santa for Pet Photos with Santa on Monday evenings from November 14th – December 12th. Special promotions are available on photo packages reserved in advance online.

Santa Arrives: November 19th

Take your children to see Santa and enjoy the ultimate Adventure to Santa! The all-new attraction invites you to join Po and Friends for interactive games and an immersive, cinematic journey that transports guests to the North Pole for your private meeting with Santa. 9. Cumberland Mall
Santa Arrives: November 19th

Photos with Santa are available through December 24th. Don’t miss out on Pet Photos with Santa on Monday evenings at 6:00 p.m. from November 21st through December 12th!

Santa Arrives:
December 3rd

From 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., the Alpharetta Welcome Center is offering free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Families will receive one photo and digital copy for sharing, and refreshments will be served. No reservations required!

11. Rhodes Hall
Santa Arrives: December 3rd

Feel like skipping the malls this holiday season? On weekend through December 18th, your family can enjoy a special photo session with Santa at “The Castle on Peachtree.” Rhodes Hall will be transformed into a beautiful winter wonderland filled with catered holiday treats, arts and crafts, holiday music and entertainment, and the magic of Santa and his elves!

Bring your furry family members for a one-day-only Pet Night on Thursday, December 8th from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. where pets will be invited on the porch of Rhodes Hall for a special picture with Santa. Children are also allowed in the pictures, and all friendly pets are welcome!

Santa Arrives: December 3rd & 4th

Warm up with hot cocoa, cookies, and your professional photo with Santa! The event will feature Christmas crafts, festive music and games, a chance to see the Zoo’s animals, all of your favorite holiday characters, and more! Advance reservations are available online.

13. Avalon in Alpharetta
Santa Arrives: November 21st

Visit Avalon’s Santa for a dose of Christmas magic at Santa’s cozy cottage! Santa will be around through Christmas Eve to spread his holiday cheer, so be sure to make an appointment.

    Mondays | November 21st – December 19th | 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
    Visit with jolly Old Saint Nick as he reads holiday classics and brings cheer for all to hear! $15 per child.

    Bring your furry friends for photos and treats with Santa! Walk-ups only for this event.
