Dunwoody Homes

Dunwoody homes for sale

Dunwoody is one of North Atlanta’s newest cities and has a warm, small town feel. Dunwoody is located just outside of the Perimeter, in Atlanta’s North DeKalb County primarily in zip code 30338. Once a “community”, Dunwoody officially became a city on December 1, 2008. The businesses and many of the homes in Dunwoody have Colonial-style architecture.  Most of the homes in Dunwoody were built in the 70′s and 80′s and are traditional two story brick homes, on generous half acre lots. New homes are also available with a combination of brick, stone and cedar shake.

Swim/tennis neighborhoods are popular and provide a great way to get to know your neighbors.  There are also new construction luxury homes, as well as condos and townhomes in a variety of price ranges.

You will also find J. Alexanders, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Brio Tuscan Grille, Chili’s, Macaroni Grill, Twisted Taco and Eclipse Di Luna close by.
