Discover the world of artisanal cheese paired with wine at the Atlanta Wine School’s Cheese and Wine Pairing! On Wednesday, March 11th, join “Cheesehound” Michael Bryan from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. for this fantastic class. The Atlanta Wine School is located at 4478 Chamblee Dunwoody Road in Dunwoody.
The comprehensive class will feature: 8 wines & 8 cheeses to sample together, background on the marriage of Wine & Cheese, instruction on choosing the best cheese, lessons on appropriate serving arrangements and temperatures, high quality wines and cheeses, and a Taste & Learn segment on the various milks used in cheese and best wine pairings for those cheeses.
The course has been featured in the Food & Drink section of The Wall Street Journal. Wine and cheese pairings are never duplicated, so guests can repeat the course as many times as enjoyed!
Class registration costs $69 per attendee with a gluten-free option. Tickets are available in advance online.
