Harvest on the Hooch brings fresh food and nature together from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 18th at the Chattahoochee Nature Center. The event is dedicated to cooking healthy and raising awareness on the importance of incorporating locally grown produce into everyday life.
The day will be filled with family family fun, including: outdoor garden games, a scavenger hunt, live music, raffle prizes, and much more! Taste locally grown produce and fresh food throughout the day as you enjoy local craft beer and wine, compliments of Whole Foods Market.
Harvest on the Hooch also brings exciting chefs from community favorite restaurants including: Avalon Catering, Foundation Social Eatery, D.B.A. Barbeque, The Bit Ketch, Meeting Street BBQ, Muss & Turner’s, Oak Street Cafe, Paper Mill Grill, Parsley’s, Red Brick Brewing, Red Sky, Slate, Table & Main, Talk of the Town, and Whole Foods Market.
Tickets for the event cost $40 per adult and $15 for children 10 and over.
The Garden’s mission is to provide fresh fruits and vegetables to North Fulton Community Charities Food Pantry and to educate the community on the value and environmental benefits of the farm-to-table movement.
