FREE WITH MUSEUM ADMISSION

’Tis the Season is December’s family theme, and it is all about giving back! With interactive story times, the chance to create a handmade coin collector to take home, and a book drive, children will cherish the opportunity to share the gift of reading.

The book drive will benefit metro Atlanta’s Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers. Guests are asked to please bring a new children’s book to donate or pick one up at the Museum Shop (appropriate for ages from infants through 5 years).

ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE

Mama Koku Interactive Eric Carle Story Times
1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Mama Koku brings Eric Carle’s The Very Hungry Caterpillar to life in the Lower Level Galleries and Wieland Pavillion.

Art of Giving Back Workshops
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: Greene Family Education Center, Lower Level, Stent Family Wing
