Avalon, Alpharetta’s mixed-use development that opened in 2014, is looking forward to welcoming eight new retailers in 2016. Among the addition to its upscale shops, three new restaurants will be included in the lineup.
As part of Avalon’s Phase I of development, Branch and Barrel, Café Intermezzo, and Farm to Ladle are all set to open by Spring, 2016. According to an Avalon spokesperson, Phase II will feature an additional three to five new restaurants, though these restaurants have not yet been named.
Farm to Ladel, which recently opened its first location at Ponce City Market, describes itself as a European café and farmstand selling locally sourced raw vegetables, herbs, spices, soups, salads, and sandwiches. With three established locations in the city limits of Atlanta, Cafe Intermezzo will bring its European-inspired coffee and pastries outside of the perimeter to add to Avalon’s eclectic mix of eateries. Branch and Barrel, a rebrand of fast-casual Asian cuisine, will offer upscale Southern cuisine in a chef-driven atmosphere.
The 2016 lineup of new retailers will also include: Madewell, Peter Millar, AYA Med Spa, The Container Store, and Parisian Nail Salon.
