The 5th annual Stone Mountain Blue Grassroots Music and Arts Festival will take place the weekend of March 29th-30th in the Historic Downtown Stone Mountain Village located at 922 Main Street, Stone Mountain Village, GA 30083. Event hours are Saturday, March 29th from 10am-6pm, and Sunday, March 30th from 11am-6pm.
Get into the springtime groove with loads of good music, dancing and fresh air. Featuring Bluegrass musicians, street jams spread throughout the festival grounds, and group lead contra dancing to get everybody’s feet moving! Also on display will be arts and crafts from over 150 self-taught artists and artisans that will bring out the historic charm of Stone Mountain Village. Bring the whole family as there is something for everyone including a children’s entertainment area and local food and beverages. All the ingredients are here for a wonderful spring afternoon. This festival is produced by The Atlanta Foundation For Public Spaces and Main Street Stone Mountain with the purpose of creating a communal, friendly atmosphere that encourages citizens to get out, meet their neighbors, and enjoy our public venues.
