36th May-retta Daze

The May-retta Daze is an annual, two-day Arts & Crafts festival in downtown Marietta. The 2012 May-retta will be held May 5th and 6th at Glover Park at the Marietta Square. Wesleyan Artist Market 2012

May 3, 4, 5, 2012, Wesleyan School will celebrate the arts with their annual Wesleyan Artist Market. Professional artists will be showcasing their work at the Wesleyan School’s Yancey Gymnasium. The 2012 Featured Artists are Keith Andry, Watercolor Painting; Shannon Haas, Acrylic & Oil Painting; and Adam Newman, Mixed Media & Metal Sculpture. There will also be a Children’s Art Exhibit. The High Museum’s Collectors Evening 2012

Mix and mingle with Atlanta art lovers at The High Museum of Art’s Third Annual Collectors Evening, Friday, January 20, 2012 at the W Atlanta Midtown Hotel. Help the Museum build its permanent collection while meeting face to face with the High Museum curators and other collectors from across the Atlanta area.

Through a series of ballots, Collectors Evening participants will help to select the art which will become part of the High’s permanent collection. This year, seven curators will compete, only four will win.
