Congratulations Virginia Highland! From today’s Atlanta Journal-Constitution (Monday, January 26, 2009) Jim Auchmutey reports: Virginia-Highland becomes the first “carbon-neutral” zone.
A new sign at Virginia and North Highland avenues proclaims the intown Atlanta shopping and dining district a “carbon-neutral zone.” What it doesn’t say is that Virginia-Highland also claims to be the nation’s first such zone.
