2011 Buckhead in Bloom Home & Garden Tour

The 2011 Buckhead in Bloom Home & Garden Tour by the Atlanta Preservation Center will be Sunday, April 17, from noon to 5pm. Buckhead in Bloom is celebrating the 100th anniversary of Peachtree Heights West by featuring four homes and their gardens from this historic neighborhood. As part of the Buckhead in Bloom, there will be a lecture on Friday, April 15th at 8pm. Listen to the author and preservationist, William Mitchell, at the Gould Room at the Cathedral of St. Phillip. Tour tickets are $40 for non-APC members and $30 for APC members. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time at various locations or the day of tour at 8 Peachtree Battle Ave NW. 2011 Decorators’ Show House and Gardens

The annual Decorators’ Show House & Gardens is one of several fund-raising events of the Atlanta Symphony Associates. The chosen annual house showcases dozens of the finest interior and landscape designers in the Southeast. The 2011 Decorators’ Show House and Gardens will take place April 16 – May 8. This years house, Lotus House, is an impressive 20,000 sq. ft. estate in Buckhead that includes two kitchens, a home theatre, wine cellar, golf simulation room, a spa and hair salon area, a yoga chamber and more. Buckhead Spring Arts and Crafts Festival

The inaugural Buckhead Spring Arts and Crafts Festival will be held May 22-23, 2010, at Chastain Park. With over 100 artists displaying their masterpieces, there will be something for everyone!
