North Georgia Soap Box Derby

Formerly known as the Dunwoody-NE Georgia Soap Box Derby, the North Georgia Soap Box Derby is celebrating its 10th year!

Dunwoody, GA 30338

Drivers across all categories will zoom down the 700-foot hill in hopes of moving on to the 80th All-American Soap Box Derby World Championship in July! In addition to racing Stock, Super Stock and Masters Division cars, the Soap Box Derby includes a Super Kids Race for children with disabilities.

After spending 20-30 hours building their cars, kids ages 7 – 18 years old will race to go on to compete at the world championship in Akron, Ohio in July.
