2015 Apple Cider Days

appleciderdaysThe Dunwoody Preservation Trust once again hosts the beloved Apple Cider Days – its annual fall fundraising event! From Wednesday, October 21st through Sunday, October 25th, the festival’s atmosphere will transform Perimeter Mall into a festive carnival atmosphere.

With rides, food, and fun, Apple Cider Days is the perfect family-friendly carnival! Featured events will include: amusement park rides, inflatables, midway games, and much more. Whether you are hopping into the bumper cars, swinging by the surf shack, or taking a ride in the ferris wheel, there will be an incredible amount of rides and fun for all ages!

Eat to your heart’s content at any of the delicious vendors offering scrumptious festival fare. Past years’ vendors have featured food from The Bento Bus, Incrediball Falafel, and The Fry Place among many others. Remember to stop by the Candy Factory for your favorite festival sweets where freshly made cotton candy, funnel cake, caramel apples, and caramel corn will satisfy every sweet tooth!

Admission is free for all ages, and daily festival hours are listed below.

Wednesday, October 21st: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 22nd: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Friday, October 23rd: 5:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 24th: 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Sunday, October 25th: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

The Dunwoody Preservation Trust is the same non-profit group who has brought you Lemonade Days and History Alive events. Proceeds from Apple Cider Days help support the preservation efforts of the Dunwoody Preservation Trust, a 501[c]3 organization staffed by hundreds of local citizen-volunteers. The DPT constantly works toward its mission of preserving the history and heritage of the Dunwoody community, providing education on the community’s past, and contributing to the general beautification and functionality of Dunwoody.
