santaHe’s making a list, and he’s checking it twice – Santa Claus is coming to town! We’ve put together a list where you can be sure to spot him tin 2018 and get a picture with your family and pets.

No matter where you are in the Atlanta area this holiday season, Santa won’t be hard to find. Don’t miss out on seeing The Big Man in Red as he makes all his stops along the way!

1. Lenox Square
Santa Arrives: November 2nd
Through December 24th, families can have a memorable keepsake photo taken with Santa at Lenox Square Mall. Be sure the check out more chances to get merry at Lenox!

    November 9th| 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

    Sit. Stay. Pose. Be sure to bring your four-legged furry family members along for their own special photo with Santa!
  • Caring Santa
    December 2nd | 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
    The private event is designed for children and young adults with special needs and their families to have an opportunity to have their photos taken with Santa. Lenox Square has made necessary adjustments to the environment to support the sensory, physical, and other developmental needs of children of all abilities for this special event.
  • Pink Pig
    While at Lenox Square Mall, families can enjoy riding the Pink Pig, a multi-generational Christmas tradition held at Macy’s each year! Rides are available through January 6th.

2. Phipps Plaza
Santa Arrives: November 1st

Photos with Santa at Phipps are so popular, tickets sell out each year! However, even when appointments have filled up, families can still call for same-day cancellation time slots to get their pictures taken with Santa. The beautiful Christmas decor at Phipps Plaza will make strolling by Santa’s set a special holiday treat!

3. Atlanta Botanical Gardens
Santa Arrives: November 24th | December 1st, 8th, 15th

Botanical Saint Nick will arrive at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays, November 24th – December 1st, 8th, and 15th. Families are welcome to bring cameras to take their own holiday pictures with Santa, adorned in his special green robe and holiday head wreath.

4. Osteria’s 16th annual Breakfast with Santa
Santa Arrives: December 1st

Osteria’s 16th annual Breakfast with Santa benefits our local firefighters! 100% of ticket sales are donated to preserving the historic Virginia Highland fire station 19 for the safety of our fire-fighting heroes. 

Tickets include photo opp with Santa, digital downloads, goodies for the kids, and a delicious breakfast of pancakes, eggs & sausage. Meet our neighborhood fire-fighters & watch Santa arrive on a real fire engine!

5. Rhodes Hall
Santa Arrives: December 1st

Feel like skipping the malls this holiday season? On weekend through December 16th, your family can enjoy a special photo session with Santa at “The Castle on Peachtree.” Rhodes Hall will be transformed into a beautiful winter wonderland filled with catered holiday treats, arts and crafts, holiday music and entertainment, and the magic of Santa and his elves!

Bring your furry family members for a one-day-only Pet Night on Thursday, December 7th from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. where pets will be invited on the porch of Rhodes Hall for a special picture with Santa. Children are also allowed in the pictures, and all friendly pets are welcome!

6. Cookies with Santa at Zoo Atlanta
Santa Arrives: December 1st -2nd

Warm up with hot cocoa, cookies, and your professional photo with Santa! The event will feature Christmas crafts, festive music and games, a chance to see the Zoo’s animals, all of your favorite holiday characters, and more! Advance reservations are available online.

7. Eighth Annual Children’s Holiday Brunch + Party
Santa Arrives: December 2nd

Southern Art and Bourbon Bar transforms into a winter wonderland, complete with snow! Guests of all ages will try their hand at holiday cookie decorating, snap professional photos with Santa and his reindeer, and treat their tastebuds to a special holiday brunch with the family. This year’s children’s holiday party will feature a live children’s train and a local choir performing traditional carols throughout the day.

8. Wake Up Santa at Georgia Aquarium
Santa Arrives: November 17th

Santa arrived in Atlanta early this year! After an exciting visit around the Georgia Aquarium, he fell asleep and needs your help to wake him up. The interactive event includes holiday activities, a hot chocolate bar, cookies with Santa, and a souvenir mug! 

9. Hot Cocoa with Santa at Mandarin Oriental

For $80, families will enjoy having pictures taken with Santa, hot cocoa, and festive treats to enjoy!  The ticket price is inclusive of photographs, refreshments and valet parking.
