Located in the Mado hamlet of Serenbe, this year’s Showhouse is designed by Serenbe Planning & Design and built by South Haven Designers. Explore interiors by 15 of Atlanta’s top interior designers, including Landscape Architecture & Design by Floralis Garden Design!

About the 2023 Serenbe Showhouse

Boasting 4,865 square feet designed by Atlanta’s top designers, the 2023 Showhouse features 6 bedrooms/6.5 bathrooms across two homes overlooking the Mado Hamlet. The entryway features a dramatic 19-ft vaulted ceiling leading into open main-level living, dining, and kitchen, the latter featuring bespoke cabinetry and elevated finishes. Multiple private porches off the back of the homes offer stunning treetop views.

2023 Serenbe Showhouse Events

Thursday, September 28th | 6:00 p.m. on Lupo Loop

Toast to the opening of the 2023 Showhouse and Atlanta’s top designers! Beneath the twinkling lights, the even features dinner, mingling with the designers, and a tour of the home before it opens to the public.

Fridays throughout the Showhouse | 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Enjoy bottomless bubbly while you tour the 2023 Serenbe Designer Showhouse after-hours on Fridays. If you have already purchased your Tour ticket, you may ask the Showhouse Docent to add the $15 additional ticket upon your arrival!

Beneficiary

The 2023 Serenbe Showhouse will benefit the Decorative Arts Fellowship awarded to an early or mid-career Southeastern artist who makes objects for the interiors of buildings and/or interior design.
