Lace up your running shoe for a great cause and join The Marcus Center as they partner with Autism Speaks for Atlanta’s Autism Speaks Walk! Given the current concerns for everyone’s health and safety, this year offers a virtual option in addition to a drive-in style event!

Come show your support and join together as a community, both in person and in spirit!
With 1 in every 54 children diagnosed each year, there is one thing the autism community has in common – love. Autism Speaks works to raise awareness of autism and how it so closely affects the hearts and lives of families around Atlanta and the country. So bring your friends and family, gather a team, and get ready to walk in support of such a great cause!
Autism Speaks Walk on Wheels
W-O-W! The interactive drive-in and festival is inspired by all the wonderful activities that have kept us safely connected while social distancing — think of drive-in movies and both concerts and parades by car! So decorate your car and get ready to hit the road together. You can grab everything you need and enjoy the opening ceremonies safely from your car!
Get moving at home or with some safe social distancing practices with your friends! Whatever you choose, you can go at your own pace for the 1.54 miles in honor of the 1 in 54 diagnosed with Autism.
Celebrate the walk your own way! Get creative and join your neighbors for your own community walk, parade, online game, sidewalk installation – the possibilities are endless. Your efforts could inspire others to join in and do the same!
