Cochon555 is returning to Atlanta with Heritage BBQ, a culinary competition featuring five chefs, five whole-pigs, 6 dishes per chef, and unlimited global flavors!

Using timeless cooking techniques, competing chefs will cook a whole, 180-200 pound heritage breed pig. Each chef will prepare a “Judges’ Plate” featuring 6 different dishes then scored on utilization, global influences, cooking techniques, and overall flavor. The winner will be crowned the “BBQ King!”
Tickets are all-inclusive, giving guests the ultimate experience of flavor and fun. In addition to the 1,500 pounds of pork being served up in competition, ticket-holders will taste their way through BBQ Traditions. Notable chefs prepare dishes from their favorite BBQ culture, including Old and New World barbecue preparations from Korean, African Braai, Asador, and regional American styles.
