teepeesmWith so many school districts closing throughout the holiday season, parents may not always be able to take as much time to enjoy with their little ones.

Dunwoody Nature Center has the perfect solution to keep your children active, happy, and engaged – all while learning about everything nature has to offer!

The Dunwoody Nature Center Winter Camp offers three sessions:

Session I | 2-Day Camp Session II | 4-Day Camp Session III | 2-Day Camp

Thursday & Friday
December 22nd – 23rd, 2016

Tuesday, December 27th –
Friday, December 30th, 2016

Tuesday & Wednesday
January 3rd – 4th, 2017

At the Dunwoody Nature Center Winter Camp, children will enjoy exploring the winter climate and study its effect on the animals, plants, and habitats of Dunwoody Park. Throughout each session, campers will also participate in nature themed crafts, science experiments, activities, games, and outdoor play! Lunch and snack time will also be provided.

Winter camp is open in Half-Day sessions for 3 & 4 year olds, and Full-Day sessions for Kindergarten through 5th graders.

Winter Break Camp Hours and Pricing

Full-Day Camp | 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Half-Day Camp | 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Early morning and late afternoon classes available for working parents and for kids who want even more outdoor fun:

  • EARLY BIRDS
    Starting each day at 8:00 a.m.
    $20 per camper for Session I and III; $40 per camper for Session II
    For campers who want to get an early start on the day!

  • GAMES OF STRATEGY
    After camp play until 6:00 p.m.
    $20 per camper for Sessions I and III; $40 per camper for Session II
    Available for Kindergarten through 5th grade only – $35 per camper.
