Atlanta’s first and only food truck park is hosting Flapjacks & All That Jazz: An Upscale Brunching Bonanza on Sunday, October 12th at Atlanta Food Truck Park & Market, located off Howell Mill in Midtown. Celebrating the art of brunch in a Atlanta’s own unique way, an al fresco brunch will be presented from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. by Atlanta’s favorite food trucks with the sophistication of a fine sit-down restaurant.
Live jazz performances will be featured from the Fifth Connection throughout the morning for entertainment as you kick back with your complimentary mimosa or bloody mary and prepare to enjoy the morning! Alongside full access to the event’s juice and coffee stations, you will be able to pick an entree to enjoy from any participating food truck – only instead of picking your food up, it will be served to you by the event’s wait staff. The best food trucks in Atlanta will be serving up their finest fare with an incredible selection of signature brunch dishes for the event. Whether you prefer peanut butter french toast from Highland Bakery, fresh-baked quiche from Spiedie Zone, or creamy cheese grits topped with signature savory pulled pork from Sweet Auburn BBQ, you are sure to find something special to delight your taste buds!
Admission to the al fresco brunching event will automatically include entry into the raffle giveaway, featuring a chance to win two tickets to Cirque du Soleil’s Amaluna Island. Winners will be announced at 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 1:30 p.m., so be sure to listen for your chance to win!
Tickets are available in advance for $34 each from Scoutmob. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Meals on Wheels Atlanta, whose mission is to support senior independence through meals, shelter, education and community. With Atlanta’s doubling population, Meals on Wheels continues to work toward the expansion of its services to provide an essential safety net for homebound adults and low income seniors in Atlanta. Over the past 30 years, this has been accomplished by delivering nutritious meals, repairing homes, providing community and wellness support, and helping seniors and their families manage Alzheimer’s and dementia.
