Heart & Sole 5K

Benefiting the Lionheart School, the 4th Annual Heart & Sole 5K, Fun Run, and Tot Trot is fun for all! All ages are welcome to join the race and enjoy post-race festivities.

Bring a stroller, run and walk with your four-legged friends, or even cheer from the sidelines! Following the race, the post-race party includes complimentary beer and Tito’s bloody Marys, giveaways, awards, and more. The 5K Race is a USATF Certified 5K and includes Professional Chip Timing.

Many of Lionheart School’s own students, families, and staff will be at the event. There will also be items from The LionheARTisans Cottage and produce from The Lionheart Gardens, the school’s organic garden, available for purchase.

The race benefits The Lionheart School, a special needs school and 501(c)(3) organization.

Race Registration

5K – $30 Advance | $35 on April 1st
Fun Run – $17 Advance | $20 on April 1st
Tot Trot on Avalon Greenspace – $10
