Stone Mountain honors America’s everyday working heroes this Labor Day weekend! For all three nights, the extended fireworks display will include a special tribute to all of our hardworking heroes immediately following the Lasershow Spectacular in Mountainvision.
Saturday – Monday | September 2nd – 4th, 2017
10:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Fireworks at 9:00 p.m.
Throughout the day, families are invited to enjoy all the Park’s attractions!
Cool off at the Geyser Towers where suspended rope bridges and net tunnels connect to towering platforms overlooking the gushing geyser. Play in the spray or stay high and dry with plenty of room for adults and just the right amount of excitement for the kids!
NEW for 2017, Dinosaur Explore features 14 species of prehistoric dinosaurs that move and roar just like their ancient ancestors! The Dinotorium also has four levels of fun, games, and prehistoric discovery for all ages.
The SkyHike offers a fun challenge with the nation’s largest adventure course. No two hikes are the same, so there is plenty of adventure for kids, beginners, and the bravest daredevils.
Of course, you won’t want to miss soaring to the top of the Mountain on Summit Skyride! The park’s top attraction offers a stunning view of the Confederate Memorial Carving, amazing views of the Atlanta skyline, and the Appalachian Mountains.
End the day with an evening full of breath-taking fire effects, an extended firework spray of multi-colored bursts, and spectacular cannon display. New this year, the Lasershow Spectacular features iconic music, an immersive laser canopy, fleet of robotic drones, and incredible water effects. Enjoy an outstanding view of the mountain from the comfort of one of the Mountain’s terraces!
