Parkside on Dresden is under way!
Slated to open mid-2024, the $70 million dollar mixed-use development is designed to complement the existing pedestrian-friendly streetscape in the heart of Brookhaven.
The project, located at 1350 Dresden Drive, will include over 30,000 sq sf with 11 retail spots and 4 restaurants as well luxury apartments, 7 luxury townhomes and parking deck.
The project, developed by Connolly, will be a welcome addition to the Brookhaven community.
