When Alex and Kris relocated to Atlanta from Washington, DC, they were looking for a newer home with modern design in an Intown or Midtown Atlanta neighborhood with good public schools. Their home in DC was a industrial style modern loft with high ceilings, large windows and lots of light. They were hoping to find an Atlanta home that would give them a similar feeling of openness and light. We set out to search for a home that would fill the bill.
