Homes on the Atlanta Beltline

About the Beltline

Ponce City Market and the Atlanta Beltline have had a huge impact on the revitalization of Intown Atlanta. The area is alive with new development as well as vibrant shops and restaurants. You will find a wide variety of home options here including warehouse-style lofts with exposed brick, modern and traditional townhomes, charming bungalows and luxury homes.

The Atlanta BeltLine is comprised of 22 miles of unused railroad tracks which have been converted to walking and biking trails, dotted with lively art, connecting the core of the Atlanta’s Intown neighborhoods. This area has come alive with new shopping, restaurants and communities.

Shopping and Dining on the Beltline

There is an endless supply of great places to eat on the Beltline! Inman Park is a major destination for foodies. There are so many great restaurants to choose from that it’s hard to pick a favorite. Two of our favorites are Ladybird and Barcelona

Visit Ponce City Market for shopping galore! This is also a great spot to rent a bike and hop on the Beltline for a day of cruising. No visit to PCM would be complete without a stop at Dancing Goats Coffee Bar, H&F Burger and Hop’s Chicken. Don’t miss Skyline Park at the Top of Ponce City Market, complete with games, arcades, golf and a giant slide.

Another popular stop along the Beltline is Krog Street Market. Smaller and more of a local feel than PCM, stop in at Hop City and Superica. Directly on the Beltline is a popular favorite for pizza and Italian food, Nina & Rafi .
