Kaiser Permanente Run, Walk, & Roll 5K
Atlanta’s longest-running 5K is back! Help celebrate the 41st anniversary of the Kaiser Permanente Run, Walk & Roll 5K at Piedmont Park this September. Complete with virtual options, the unique workplace-organized fitness initiative is a wonderful way to encourage teamwork while promoting physical fitness!

Produced by U.S. Olympian and world-renowned running expert, Jeff Galloway, “Let’s Move” is an eight-week training program beginning in August and culminating with the Kaiser Permanente Run, Walk & Roll 5K at Piedmont Park. 2024 welcomes FRESHJUNKIE Racing as new event owners and production management team for the ever-popular 5K, which still includes a comprehensive training program with running/walking challenges designed by Jeff Galloway! Every registered participant will receive a t-shirt, a custom 5K finisher’s medal and, free photos.
A virtual event is also available, allowing each person to decide where to walk, run, or toll the 5K distance while receiving participation swag by mail. Team activities will include the T-shirt design contest, spirit video award, and most fit company awards. This year’s event is dedicated to bringing back teamwork and camaraderie through improving fitness!
