Summertime is coming, which means it’s time to shake up your movie routine! Whether you are looking for an outdoor family flick, a date night on the town, or to keep the kiddos busy during the week – We have you covered with the schedules, locations, and highlights to fill your summer with some budget-friendly fun for all ages!

1. Movies in the Town at Town Brookhaven

Thursdays | June – July
On Thursdays at dusk, bring a blanket or chair and grab a bite from any of the local restaurants to enjoy dinner on the green space! The blend of animated and non-animated movies are perfect for dates, family nights, and everything in between!
2. Movies on the Square
Colony Square
Select Thursdays Through October
On select Thursdays through October, cozy up and enjoy movie nights in Midtown’s Living Room! Guests are invited to bring additional blankets and chairs. While no outside food or beverage is permitted, takeout from onsite restaurants is encouraged.

3. Georgia Movies in the Park
Metro Atlanta, Various Locations
Through September, Dates TBA
Northside Hospital’s Movies in the Park features free outdoor movies shown at kid-friendly start times in 5 different locations in North Georgia including Alpharetta, Cumming, Canton, Dawsonville, Lake Lanier, and Woodstock. This year, registration may be required to reserve your spot! 
4. Summer Movie Express
Metro Atlanta · Regal Theaters
June 11th – August 7th
In time for the Summer, come out and enjoy family fun movies for just $1! Showings play on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the first movie time of the day. Family-friendly movies will be shown throughout the 2024 schedule, including the option to purchase a specially priced $5 Snack Pack, which includes a junior-sized drink, snack-sized popcorn, and fruit snacks with an optional $3 Dippin’ Dots add-on.

7. Flicks on the Green
Peachtree Corners
First Saturday of the Month Through October
Bring a blanket and stretch out on the lawn as you experience movies under the stars! Town Green restaurants will be serving up your favorite dishes, so grab some takeout for a picnic as you enjoy movies beginning at 7:00 p.m.
