Located in the Mado hamlet of Serenbe, this year’s Showhouse is designed by Serenbe Planning & Design and built by South Haven Designers. Explore interiors by over 12 of Atlanta’s top interior designers, including a pop-up shop in Serenbe’s newest neighborhood, Overlook.

This luxurious four-bedroom home is a gorgeous multi-story Victorian, welcoming visitors with a classic wrap porch!

2024 Serenbe Showhouse Events

Thursday, September 26th | 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Join Serenbe and Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine to celebrate the opening of the 2024 Serenbe Designer Showhouse, featuring Atlanta’s top interior designers and benefitting the Decorative Arts Fellowship with Art Farm at Serenbe. Be one of the first to tour the gorgeous showhome!

Fridays throughout the Showhouse | 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Enjoy a glass of bubbly while you tour the Serenbe Designer Showhouse after hours on Fridays! If you already purchased your Showhouse Tour Ticket, you can add on a Sip n’ Stroll for $10 at the Showhouse.

Art Over Dinner with Sophie Cook
Friday, October 4th | 6:00 p.m.
Join along for an intimate dinner with artist Sophie Cook. Sophie is the 2024 recipient of the Decorative Arts Fellowship, who will be in residency with The Art Farm Fall 2024. Sophie’s porcelain work will be on view at the Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Serenbe Designer Showhouse and available for sale from Jane Jackson’s The Object Space and on-site at the Vairehouse pop-up shop on behalf of The Object Space, with 20% of sales benefiting the Art Farm. Tickets $125.

Beneficiary

The 2024 Serenbe Showhouse will benefit the Decorative Arts Fellowship awarded to an early or mid-career Southeastern artist who makes objects for the interiors of buildings and/or interior design.
