Reptile Day | Fernbank Museum

Come face-to-face with live reptiles and amphibians at Fernbank Museum’s Reptile Day! With snakes, tortoises, lizards, and more, guests of all ages will enjoy slithering throughout the museum for a day packed with fun activities.

• Georgia Reptile Society
  Meet a wide variety of scaly and fascinating friends and learn more about them from the members of the Georgia Reptile Society.
• Atlanta Reptile Jungle
  Get up close and personal with a python or two and learn about these remarkable animals.
• Atlanta Botanical Gardens
  Say hello to some interesting and unique amphibians while learning more about our slimy friends from the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.
• Amphibian Foundation
  Come learn about turtles, snakes and more with the Amphibian Foundation.
• Reptile Biofacts
  Discover the unique adaptations and features of reptiles that help our scaly friends stand out.
• Paper Chain Pythons
  Make your very own snake pal and contribute a link to create a larger-than-life Fernbank Python!
• Survival of the Slowest Animal Encounter
  Meet some amazing animals from the Survival of the Slowest exhibit and learn about some of their unique adaptations.
