With 75 bands across 55 porches throughout the neighborhood, the 2nd Annual Virginia Highland Porchfest is sure to be the best yet! In addition to the incredible live music, the family-friendly event features a Kids’ Corner, food trucks, a VIP event, Fun Run, and more.

Kick off the day by dressing like your favorite band or musician and kick off Porchfest with a lively 1-mile jog around the neighborhood! With an electric blend of rocking and running, Rock n Run sets the stage for Porchfest, welcoming participants of all ages and experience. Following the jog, bands will perform live music on porches for 1-hour slots between 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. with a finale performance in John Howell Park from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
After working up an appetite, swing by Barnett Ave to grab a bite to eat from a medley of 30 food trucks and vendors! If you’re looking for a break from the festival Virginia Highland Ave hosts a variety of local dining options.
peruse the neighborhood for delicious local fare while enjoying a wide variety of live music. Even the youngest music lovers will get in on the fun (and hopefully burn off some energy!) over at the Kids’ Corner with a bounce house, face painting, balloon animals, and games.
